BLESSING OF THE SENSES
In the name of Christ I proclaim these truths:
I am made in the image and likeness of God and I am God's Beloved Child.
Perfect peace, harmony, and love flow though me now and I am made whole and complete through this Divine Inflowing of Spirit.
The
Spirit of Christ now touches and heals all of my senses as I
affirm the following Blessing:
(Place
hands over eyes)
I Bless these my eyes, that they may find joy in the sight
of God's Creation.
(Place
hands over nose)
I Bless this my nose, that it may inhale in the breath of
God's Divine Fragrance.
(Place hands over ears)
I Bless these my ears, that they may be open to hear God's
calling.
(Place
hands over mouth)
I Bless these my lips, that they may speak words of love to
others.
(Place
hands out palms up)
I Bless these my hands, that they may give a healing touch
to others.
(Place
hands out palms down)
I Bless these my feet, that I may bring joy to those whose
path I cross along the way.
In Christ I affirm that I am worthy of God's love and I claim God's healing for me now.
